About Us
Tiller and Kites is an INTERNATIONAL YACHT TRAINING accredited sail and power school.
International Yacht Training (IYT) is the Global Standard for Maritime Training and Certification. IYT credentials are accepted in more countries and by more charter companies. Tiller and Kites specializes in ‘one-on-one’ training, from beginners to more advanced training and coaching. We do not put you in a group where the timeand attention is divided amongst several people of varying skills. We also use high performance boats, namely the class leading J/24 and the Andrews 26. Our boats have new sails, new outboard motors and equipped for proper performance sailing.

Outboard Motors
Tiller and Kites is a TOHATSU dealer at Lake Pleasant. If your outboard ‘was runnung till it stopped running’ we can either repair it for you or replace it with a new Tohatsu Outboard.
New Sails
Sails are the heart and muscle of your boat. Old, worn out sails need to go! Tiller and Kites sails are exclusivly from ELLIOTT PATTISON Sailmakers. Let us inspect your sails (and standing/running rigging) and enjoy sailing your boat the way she should be sailed.
